We offer the following products and services:

• The Insight Foundry Course (Foundry Tier) — $1,997
  A self-paced online course delivered through Kajabi. Upon purchase, you receive lifetime access to all course materials, modules, and any future updates included in the Foundry Tier.
• Group Coaching — $6,997
  Live group coaching sessions with Edward Babaian. Access and scheduling details are provided upon purchase.
• 1-on-1 Coaching — $15,000
  Private, personalized coaching directly with Edward Babaian. Scope, schedule, and deliverables are confirmed at the time of purchase.

We stand behind the quality of our course. Our refund policy is as follows:

Upon purchase of the Foundry Tier course, you receive access to the course materials through Kajabi. Access is granted to the individual purchaser only and is non-transferable. You may not share your login credentials or course content with others.

All course content — including videos, worksheets, templates, frameworks, and written materials — is the intellectual property of Edward Babaian and The Insight Foundry. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or create derivative works from any course content without prior written permission.

Our course and coaching services are provided for educational and informational purposes. Results vary by individual. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, career advancement, or financial results from participation in any of our programs. All content is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Insight Foundry and Edward Babaian shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our products or services. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable product or service.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our site or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
